Description
There is currently an option in the Reflectometry GUI that causes the lhs panel to include workspace that are in the analysis data service list in the listing. This should be disabled. We should never show them.

Note: This conflicted with #10098, so the branch contains some changes for that ticket as part of the merge conflict resolution.

- Open Interfaces->Reflectometry->ISIS Reflectometry.
- Open Options->Refl Gui Options and check the Load workspaces from mantid into the Runs list option has been removed.
- Check develop_incremental is passing.
