Drawing shapes in Pick tab of instrument view crashes

Description

If integration limits in Instrument view are set equal then trying to draw a shape in the Pick tab gives an unhandled exception.

To test:

  1. Open the instrument view of some workspace.
  2. Set the two integration limits equal to each other.
  3. Go to Pick tab and draw a shape around some detectors. Mantid shouldn't crash, no unhandled exceptions.
  4. Convert the workspace to point data, repeat steps 1-3.
  5. Integrate the workspace, repeat steps 1-3.
  6. Convert the integrated workspace to point data, repeat steps 1-3.
