Create a save algorithm to output NXTomo nexus files. ​http://download.nexusformat.org/sphinx/classes/applications/NXtomo.html

Testing: Use load FITS algorithm with files from [10061]. Use SaveNXTomo algorithm to create a .nxs file. Check that the file can be loaded (Preferably with DAWN ​http://www.dawnsci.org/ which shows the images under entry1/tomo_entry/data/data, or using HDFView and check the data matrix is populated)

ERROR: Branch 'feature/10194_save_nxtomo' has not been fully merged to develop, meaning it is not possible to know whether the code is valid on all environments.

Contact John Hill on john.r.hill@… (or via skype) and ask them to merge the code to develop using 'git checkbuild' from their branch feature/10194_save_nxtomo and let you know when it passes testing on the buildservers so you can start testing.

I cannot save .nxs file (tried with Image029_00000.fits). The following error message is printed in the Results Log window:

SaveNXTomo started Error in execution of algorithm SaveNXTomo: Unknown property search object Row chunk size
