Improve user experience - edit plot details

To reproduce for example:

1. Load AutoTestData/UsageData/saveNISTDAT_data.nxs

2. Do Color Fill Plot

3. Double click on color fill plot to open up Plot details window

At this point the user has to guess that they have to click on the icon below Layer1 in the three structure on the left hand side of this window.

To help the user e.g. add a label to the right of this icon like "Edit layer details" or "Layer details"

Code has been modified to show a more informative 'Layer details (editable)' label in the plot details dialog.

To test:

• Follow the steps detailed in the ticket description. You should see that the color fill plot layer is now displayed as "Layer details (editable)".

• Using the same or a different file or data, check also other types of plots (for example plotSpectrum) and check that those still display the usual curve names (built by appending suffixes to the data/workspace name).

• These functionality/usability details are not covered in our tests (and it would be very slow to test them) but you might want to check that the unit tests pass, especially the MantidPlot... tests.
