It is a new dependency used by the instrument repository stuff.

This works well, I can build my 1.2.2 deb metapackage with new/updated dependencies. I can also confirm that these packages work well for debian jessie, as long as you get the updated libpoco packages.

An absolutely minor point: note the typo thiose=> those (line 12).
