Replace SNS logo with ORNL logo

Description

We are not supposed to be using the SNS logo anymore - instead we are required to use an ORNL branded one.

On Ubuntu 14.10 the splash screen is white for like 2 seconds, it flashes some logo very fast (can't see if it's the correct one), then mantid starts. I don't think it's related to this ticket The help about displays the correct ORNL logo
