TOSCA instrument scientists much prefer the >3 column output of SaveAscii v1

Fix issue with using SaveAscii v1 in IIR algo

To test:

  • Open Indirect > Data Reduction > Energy Transfer
  • Select TOSCA
  • Enter run file systemtests/Data/TSC15354.raw
  • Select ASCII under save formats
  • Run
  • Check the Results Log to see that SaveAscii version 1 was run
  • Open the .dat fine in your home directory, it should have 7 columns with headings: X , Y0 , E0 , Y1 , E1 , Y2 , E2
  • Compare this to Mantid without this fix and it will only have 3 columns
