Quasi X axis issue when using Sqw

When using Sqw the Q values on the result workspace are incorrect, they are all set to the same value, they should just take the values of the input workspace vertical axis.

Must be tested on Windows with Mantid built in Release mode.

To test:

  • Open Indirect > Bayes > Quasi
  • Load can and sample
  • Plot=Amplitude
  • Run
  • Notice amplitude plot is in q and has the range of around 0.65 to 1.75
  • Open _QLd_Result workspace
  • The X values should be the bin centres of the vertical axis of the sample workspace, hence in the matrix view the X values should be the vertical axis values + 0.5 (as the X values are bin centres but the vertical axis shows the lower bin edge)
