Add the option for SofQW3 back to S(Q, w) tab

Description

There is an issue with SofQW2 at large energy windows that is not an issue with SofQW3.

For now the option to choose between the two should be present.

To test:

  • Open Indirect > Data Reduction > S(Q, w)
  • Load input file: irs26176_graphite002_red.nxs
  • Q binning: 0.6, 0.1, 1.8
  • Energy binning: -0.5, 0.05, 0.5
  • Run with both Rebin Types, check correct algorithm was used in Results Log and/or workspace history

Sqw should be a choice between 2 and 3

Did find trivial issue re: graph plotting (#10757) this might be a problem with the way graphs work in Mantid throughout, though.
