Description
The site is currently at http://django-mantid.rhcloud.com/, but should be someplace more reasonable.
Part of this ticket is to update SendUsage's url constant to the correct location.

The new url is http://reports.mantidproject.org/
It needs to be configured accorinding to openshift.

This is on feature/10771_usage_url.
To test: You should check out that the new url is in the algorithm, and that the webpage exists. It wouldn't hurt to send an actual usage to the server by turning on the algorithm either.

Checked the URL and enabling the usage reports increased the counter as expected on the reporting page.
