Drag drop peaks onto SliceViewer

The Instrument View allows drag dropping of peaks workspaces from the mantid workspace list, as do other tools. Allowing this in the slice viewer will provide consistency of behaviour, which is especially important as we are due to better link the InstrumentView and the SliceViewer together for peaks workspace updates.

Files being drag dropped may come as a bunch, or one at a time, or a mixture. In any case, we need SliceViewer::setPeaksWorkspaces to operate without clearing existing peaks workspaces out of the displayed list.
