The detector is correctly displayed, but the IDF could be improved a little.

I think there have been some improvements in the IDF files since we first wrote the one for REF_L. When loading, we get the following warning:

` Attribute 'mark-as' is a depricated attribute in Instrument Definition File. Please see the deprecated section of www.mantidproject.org/IDF for how to remove this warning message ` There has been some work done to update the REF_M IDF. See [ticket 11073](​http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/11073).
