Description
The instrument definition, REF_L_Definition_after_10102014.xml, added in #11058 does not validate with the current schema. See http://builds.mantidproject.org/job/develop_systemtests_rhel6/lastCompletedBuild/testReport/SystemTests/ValidateInstrumentDefinitionFiles/ValidateInstrumentDefinitionFiles/
The lines giving errors seem to be correct in REF_L_Definition_before_10102014.xml.

The two failures are from the issues with the Fedora server and an unrelated random test failure. Overall this has passed on all platforms.
