Use mantidlibs software collection for RHEL7/F20.
Added a test for "Maipo" == RHEL7 and
"Heisenbug" == Fedora 20
so that they will now also use the mantidlibs scl

Removed Fedora 20 use of software collection.
There seems to be some issues with the newer versions of scl that are shipped with Fedora 20/21. For the moment I am removing the F20 check so that this will only use the software collection for RHEL6/7.

Was this based off next? It has the commit that fixes the patch number to 3.3.0 so we shouldn't merge this to master.

I tested this out on our RHEL7 build server and it finds ParaView successfully now.

I guess the easiest way to deal with this would just be to revert 1385fe4 that fixed the patch number.

But it looks like it also has the change to undo it as well. Looking at the diff with master it looks ok
