Description
#10870 merged the scripts and framework code to run the system tests.
The remaining tests and data references need to be pulled in.

Flush result text for a single test result
Fixes a problem no some systems where the test results are mixed up with stderr and the XML parser falls over. Refs #11176

The last fail is the same two tests that are broken on master. Otherwise I think this is good. The long builds are for the first download of system data. :+1:

The fixes for the two tests that were broken have now been merged so this should be good to go.
