Add widget for log value function

Description

PlotAsymmetryByLogValue has a widget to select a function of the LogValue. This widget should be added to the ALC interface too.

When I tested, I found the widget "function" in the first dialog box of the ALC Analysis. It allows you to select "mean", but if I load with mean, I get an error message saying that "mean" is not valid. There seems to be a difference between the widget menu options and the available options.

Thanks Karl, there was an extra whitespace so the widget text was wrong, it was "Mean " instead of "Mean".
