Description 

IndirectILLReduction(Run='ILLIN16B_034745.nxs',
                     MirrorMode=True,
                     RawWorkspace='raw',
                     ReducedWorkspace='red',
                     LeftWorkspace='left',
                     RightWorkspace='right')
ws = mtd['red']
print ws.getAxis(0).getUnit().unitID()

This should be in DeltaE.

The data file is in the usage data, it should be downloaded with the external data. I'll merge with master in the morning.
