Remove Ki/Kf from detector efficiency

Description

remove from the algorithm and add the new algorithm #1682 to the scripts.

This should really be a new version

Let Michael know when it is available for indirect usage.

the ki/kf bits of DetectorEfficiency are gone, the python script calls the new algorithm. it's still the same version of the algorithm though but I assume this was agreed to.
