Handle single valued logs in MantidPlot better

Reported by: Michael Reuter Owned by: Roman Tolchenov
Priority: minor Milestone: Iteration 26
Component: MantidPlot Keywords:
Cc: Blocked By:
Blocking: Tester: Janik Zikovsky

Description

Currently, a single valued log in MantidPlot brings up a table view and a graph. The graph has a bad x-axis and no value is plotted. Either a single point plot needs to be made or no plot should be shown for the single valued logs.
