Preferences Dialog closes Script Window and Script Interpreter window

  1. Open script window,open Preferences dialog and say OK or Apply. This closes the script window.This is true for interpreter window too.
  2. Execute some scripts - for example loading of multiple GEM files, open the preferences dialog and say OK.Now script window pops up options for saving or discard.Click on discard option, Mantidplot crashes.
