Remove previously compiled python files (pyc) from the build server

Description

From testing ticket #1782 it was observed:

Re-installed Mantidplot entirely from a window 32bit machine, including deleting MantidInstall directory still adds old scons directory:

C:\MantidInstall\scons-local\scons-local-0.97.0d20071212 Although it has been remove from the SVN.

Russell's comment to this:

I'm guessing it's picking up previously compiled python files (pyc) from the build server, so even though I've removed the directory from svn it still lives on there.

Manually delete the directory (probably from both 32 & 64 bit machines).
