Extend use of QtTreePropertyBrowser with "Mini plots" in Indirect interfaces

Description

The in-interface plot selection/inputs should be brought in line more with what is currently in the FuryFit tab. That is, they should use QtTreePropertyBrowser for user input placed to the side of the plot.

Currently these interfaces are in:

IDA: Elwin tab CTE: Calib, Res, Time Slice tabs

Also under this ticket introduce the miniplot to the MSD tab.

I tested this while testing #1858. I really like this feature and it seems to work well.
