Somewhat of a catch-all ticket for minor usability changes to the Indirect Convert To Energy interface in MantidPlot.

(In [7301]) refs #1858 - changes to instrument definition / parameter files for IRIS/OSIRIS to allow for the Efixed value to be stored in the workspace/geometry when reduction is run, so that later steps can use this value. also changes to python script file to make this happen.

I've looked things over and had a play with the interfaces. Things seem to be working just fine. I liked the ability to pop up plots when the processes finished. I understand that this ticket is a catch-all, but in order to really make things concrete for the tester, it would be nice to get a set (or a multiple set) of instructions of things to look at.
