Direct ConvertToEnergy GUI: Modify Absolute Units tab to become a more general normalisation tab

Description

  • Change Tab title to "Normalisation"
  • Change check box to "Perform Normalisation"
  • Make Map File field optional
  • Make White Beam field optional
  • Rename White Beam field to White Beam (for Abs. Units)
  • Add "(for Absolute Units)" to end of "Masses" text

Yes, Jon is ok with the changes. As there is no functional changes for him he doesn't mind. Although I will run the final version by him to double check that he is ok with it.
