Update Resolution CurveFitting Function to allow loading of a NeXuS file

Description

Adjust the ​Resolution fitting function so that it can load data from a NeXuS file as well as in an ascii format.

(In [7618]) refs #1921 - resolution function input as nexus file, to correctly format the input. blocking logging doesn't seem to work correctly though.
