(In [7615]) Stop direct inelastic scripts from reloading data if they don't need to. Also a bit of a tidy up of names within the scripts so that they are called something that is more related to what they do/are. The system test has also been updated to actually use the scripts so that the test is more 'real' Re #1922.

The ConvertToEnergy script seems to be working. I tested with SNS data. In show history, there is only one Load.
