LoadSNSEventNexus: Read instrument name from Event NeXus file rather than the filename.

Description

At the moment, LoadSNSEventNexus determines the instrument name from the data filename.

The preferred behaviour should be to read the appropriate field out of the NeXus file.

For SNS files, the field is... 

/entry/instrument/name

Renamed event NeXus file and then loaded with LoadSNSEventNexus. Workspace knew correct instrument name from inside file.
