Description
MantidPlot currently uses pythonscripts.directories to find the directory that holds the PyQt interfaces found in the Interfaces top menu. This property entry is not meant for a single directory, and is modifiable by the users (as I understood). The interfaces directories should be added somewhere else.

Changes were tested with the Windows and Mac installers and on my Linux dev build.

this is done. tested windows installer and it's got the properties there.
