Load ISIS nexus logs that do not have time series

Description

Example:

SRF94511.NXS - selog\Theta

This is a single value that should just be loaded as a numeric single value log.

Theta is a movement parameter in Surf, so we need to check it still correctly moves the instrument.

Also we currently prefix all logs out of selog with selog_, this could mess up movement etc, so we should only use a prefix if there actually is a clash with an existing log name.

Email Maximillion Skoda@isis when this is ready for use in the development version.

I can confirm the log is loaded an seems to have the correct value.

Regarding the instrument movement however, we don't actually seem to have an instrument definition for SURF. Is this correct?
