(In [8075]) fixes #2059 - allow ReadGroupsFromFile to read an XML grouping file that lists detector ids.

Tested this with a group file generated using SpatialGrouping.

Updated wiki ReadGroupsFromFile to mention that this can be done (and adding to see section in GroupDetectors describing the XML group format that ID can also be specified using <detids> notation)
