I was bad and didn't include a unit test with the MC work.

(In [8233]) Unit test for MonteCarloAbsorption. Also disabled parallelization for the moment as I've realised that it doesn't work well with random number generation, well reproducably anyway. Really should have thought of that before. Re #2117
