Support multiple categories in Mantidplot

Description

make use of the categories method and support listing under multiple areas of the tree view.

Mantidplot should not use the category method anywhere.

(In [12684]) fixes #2126, refs #2128 Multiple categories are now correctly displayed in Mantidplot. Hiding of categories is implemented for Mantidplot, but no GUI to select yet. hidden categories can be set in the properties files with algorithms.categories.hidden

to test I suggest you use python algorithms as they can easily be altered without a recompile

(In [12855]) fixes #2126 bug in configservice test. Tests were affected by values in previous tests.
