Allow print (!!) commands in user (mask) files

Description

COLETTE prints anything after !! into the terminal output.

Mantid should allow something similar.

The SANS team are not wedded to !!, we could use anything, even "print".

(In [8318]) SANS user files with lines starting with "print" will print a message to the log. Any unrecognised commands produce a warning or throw fixes #2142 re #2160

Both warnings and everything after print are writen to the log and a dialog box

Prints when loaded through GUI, but not from a script.
