Load algorithm is not separating the monitors into new workspace when the option LoadMonitors 'Separate' is selected.

(In [9497]) Correction to the Load algorithm so that it will pick up any output workspace on a sub algorithm, not just ones whose name starts with OutputWorkspace. Re #2169

Verified that multiple output workspaces may be generated from top level load algorithm.
