adjust this so that it uses the convert_to_energy routine in IndirectEnergyConversion for a more meaningful test.

(In [9016]) refs #2223 - change SpencerAnalysis test to use the script from IndirectEnergyConversion. the result of this procedure has been verified as being the desired result from the reduction by spencer and franz, so need to know if something changes the values obtained.
