RPM dependencies are broken

Description

The RPM dependencies have changed since switching to the new RPM. Each of the runtime libraries is now listed separately in rather than as a whole OpenCASCADE package.

RPM managed to install on mantidlx1.

MantidPlot seems to run well, but get:

ConfigService-[Information] This is Mantid Version 0.0.exported

on the console
