Description

To allow selection/view of rebinning range. Mainly for consistency with other tabs on the interface, will have little actual use/functionality for the users.

commit [8824] was about this ticket. trac doesn't seem to have linked it in.

I see the plot on the tab but did not have data files to play with to try it.
