EQSANS: normalize to beam profile

Reported by: Mathieu Doucet Owned by: Mathieu Doucet
Priority: major Milestone: Iteration 29
Component: Mantid Keywords:

Description

"Monitor" normalization is usually done by dividing by the total proton charge. In addition, we need to normalize by the beam profile as a function of the wavelength. The profile is provided in a separate ascii file.

Fixes as part of separating the transmission correction from the beam spectrum. The beam spectrum normalization is now done with the normalization step. The beam spectrum is also taken out of the transmission. These two steps cancel in the current version, but will allow for other types of transmission calculations.
