Description
When defining rectangular detector in IDF allow IDs to be increased with a step-size between elements in a row (not only between individual rows using idstepbyrow)

(In [9319]) Fixed a bug when using RegularDetector description in IDF such that all individual detectors in regular-detector only are rotated to face the another component if
<components-are-facing>
is set in IDF. Added SANS2D and LOQ IDFs using RegularDetector descriptions. Added solid-angle test for SANS2D Tested that SANSFront and LOQanalysis system tests passes.
