Make defaults in Direct Convert to EnergyTransfer GUI more neutral.

Description

Make the default values in the GUI more neutral.

  1. Make the default output file format nothing
  2. Make the default norm to be none instead of monitor-1
  3. Make the White Van 1 optional

Tested in 1.1.2322

Verified that with various options turned on/off a MARI data set can be reduced correctly.

This is a minor niggle when not specifying a white beam run and having detector diagnostics turned on. The diagnostics require a white beam run at the moment. It is easy to turn the diagnostics off so that can be fixed at a later date.
