Description

... by allowing cancelling while in one of the bank-loading function calls. Refs #2239.

[9584] fixed this; post-commit hook did not work.

I did not know I could cancel an algorithm until I found the cancel button after clicking on the details button. This is very responsive for LoadEventNexus.
