InstrumentView background colour does not get updated

Description

Instrument view is not redrawn after the set background colour dialog is closed.

Full 3D mode works fine. The bug is in the unwrapped view only. If unwrapped view is on then changing the background colour or the colormap does not take effect.

changing background colour has effect, but changing the colour map does not seem to.
