Issues with Load Algorithm

Description

1)Run load algorithm with an Invalid value for run number and valid values for all other properties ,this allows the user to execute the load algorithm.

2)Sometimes Filefinder is remembering the last successful values and executing though an invalid value(file name or run number) is entered in the file finder widget.
