IDA Interface : Changes to Apply Corrections tab

Description

Based on feedback from Mr Howells, we should:

  • Allow this tab to be run on all platforms, as it is not strictly dependent on the f2py routines (although the outputs from these are the inputs here).
  • Allow user to select either file or workspace for Sample input.
  • Allow user to select either file or workspace for Container input.
  • Allow user to select not to have corrections applied (then simply subtract can from sample)
  • Add options for plotting output.
  • (possibly) add miniplots displaying calculated output.

(In [9602]) refs #2515 - mantidplot IDA interface, apply corrections tab, move underlying python to IndirectDataAnalysis.py (should let it be run on all platforms), allow for selection of either file or workspace for sample & container, allow for user not to use calculated corrections.

Changes look to be complete apart from miniplots.
