Plot bins is missing on Ubuntu-10.04!

Description

Bizarrely the plotbins options on a MantidMatrix are missing on an ubuntu build.

To reproduce:

  • Load some data;
  • Double click on the name to bring up the matrix;
  • Select a column right click.

The plot bins options are not there.

(In [9656]) Fix mising plot bins option on the MantidMatrix. At some point after qt 4.4 items in a model need to have their both their ItemIsEnabled and ItemisSelectable flag set in order to be considered as highlighted. In 4.4.3 only ItemisSelectable was required. Fixes #2532
