Improve project saving/loading to the .mantid file - Python

Save should also

  1. Save the history of commands in the python interpreter
  2. Perhaps the text as well
  3. Any open python scripts

Load should obviously restore these.

The python interpreter cannot be saved currently, as it's implemented and handled from within Python. MantidPlot only provides a container for it, and has little influence.

However, the scripting window has been reworked to load correctly.

Testing

  • Open MantidPlot
  • Open/save a few scripts in the script window.
  • Save a project
  • Restart MantidPlot
  • Load the project
  • It should load correctly
