it appears to be missing some dlls.

The problem is with the build script that doesn't report as failed when there are actually build errors with the Framework.

On the failed RPM the Framework build failed on DataObjects but it still built the RPm and MantidPlot will still run as the plugins are not dependencies.

dev rpm for 11062 runs OK on RHEL4
