MantidPlot has problems selecting detectors

Description

I load a SEQUOIA file, then I try to select one corner to mask. If I have the instrument view maximized, there is no problem, I get spectra 0,1,2,3,4,.... If the instrument view is not maximized, I get only spectra 1,4,6,8,10,12, 14, 17, ...
