LoadNexusMonitors crashes if not all monitors are present

Reported by: Stuart Campbell Owned by: Stuart Campbell
Priority: major Milestone: Iteration 28
Component: Mantid Keywords:
Cc: Blocked By:
Blocking: Tester: Roman Tolchenov

Description

This is caused when the DAS doesn't supply all the files expected - mainly when the first monitor is missing.

It can be fixed by just allocating the spectrum numbers in ascending order as we read the monitor data.

(In [9907]) Make sure we assign the element based on loop variable rather than spectrum number. refs #2611
