Divide seg fault with event and 2D Workspaces

From Garrett:

If the RHS argument in Divide is an event workspace and the LHS argument is a 2D workspace, a seg fault is produced rather than an error message.

(In [9965]) Refs #2623: Should fix the segfault in this very particular circumstance. Added yet more tests and overhauled PlusTest.h. MinusTest should probably get updated.
